Der ecuadorianische Erstligist CS Emelec und der costa ricanische Erstligist Jicaral sind eine Kooperation eingegangen. Das Hauptaugenmerk liegt auf dem Jugendbereich. Talente sollen für sechs Monate bis zu einem Jahr zum Jugendteam des Partnerklubs wechseln. Zusätzlich könnte es zu Testspielen zwischen den beiden Teams kommen.
Emelec (Ecuador) und Jicaral (Costa Rica) mit einer Kooperation.Neben den im Artikel erwähnten Sachen könnten auch noch Spieler von der Reserve von Emelec an die 1. Mannschaft von Jicaral verliehen werden.
Dazu bin ich mir nicht 100% sicher, was ich mir genau unter "se compartirán metodologías en materia de formación" vorstellen soll. Evtl. Workshops/Weiterbildungen für Jugendtrainer (online/für eine gewisse Zeit zum anderen Klub gesandt?). Das geht hoffentlich in beide Richtungen - auch wenn Jicaral bisher nicht als DER Ausbildungsklub in Costa Rica bekannt ist.
